For over twenty-five years, I've overseen the sales, finance, development, and delivery of $1 billion in real estate projects. I've spearheaded "one-off" capital projects, navigated distressed negotiations, and managed change disputes for Private Equity firms and family offices. Leading these efforts from concept through operations, my priority has always been to ensure equitable negotiations. I am further committed to the ethical use of land, promoting regenerative agriculture, and aligning capital markets with quality investments to create lasting value.

Reasoning from First Principles it stands that if you take care of the land, the land will take care of you, but that’s not what we see in the world. To change this approach, Foreland likes to view our land work through regenerative principles, starting with soil biodiversity and resource conservation, then land use, localism, and finally through the regeneration of the human spirit. I call this synergy Regenerative Development. When we can, we look to partner with landowners who value the ecological use of their land, and capital investors who seek to deploy resources that include ethical dividends and high terminal valuations. We can solve many of our problems if we just take care of our land.
